Apex Dynamics - Cartesian Robot - SC 750 & 950 Series is a product with a lightweight high-speed model of a modern electric injection molding machine. 3 axis CNC servomotor are driven. Programming free tracking with a pulse generator. Windows XP-based DSP control system with USB port. Easy to upload / download programs. All necessary functions are built as standard. There are no additional fees. Able to store teaches programs to download or upload to a PC via a USB port.

The features of this product are:
STACK AND ARRAY:
- Each cycle can handle up to 9 stack areas with individual stack formats. Can also place parts to 100 points on the same surface.

INSERT AND GRID:
- Each cycle can place 9 different insertion materials into a mold, fed from one point, grid pallet, or multi-station.

3D PATH:
- Robots can follow point-to-point teaching paths to move. This allows the track to move smoothly and shorten cycle times.

INSPECTION:
- Reject the program: Detects signals from the printing press, adjusts the number of rejects and places parts in different areas.
- Inspection program: Place parts in different areas for QC inspection, for example every 100 cycles.
- Mold-testing program: Allows checking of components at the beginning of each automatic printing cycle before the cycle counter starts.
- Weight Program: Checks the quality of parts of an electronic scale and separates defective parts.
- Cycle counter: Calculates the total number of printing cycles. If only calculating good parts, inspection cycles and damaged parts are not included in the total amount.
